Dr. George Tsoukas is portrayed on a three quarter stance. The backdrop is a cool, but homogeneous green, complementing the redness and activity of the face . The main emphasis however, is given to the eyes, portrayed as large and very warm .What is apparent is that the artist has captured her subjects distinctive, but permanent and persuasive penetrating look, which is difficult to ignore.
