Georges Rhyn studied meticulously, and on a daily basis, until he was able to absorb and understand the natural plants and other natural phenomena of the Canadian landscape. He painted trees to such an extent that it became second nature to him. Here, we observe this wonderful and carefully done study of green trees, executed just outside of his home in Dorval.
