When we paint, we discover the world around us. This large painting was part of a seascape series the artist did along with Tatossian. The full fury of the ocean waves, battering the rocks, creates a scene of drama and suspense. There is a feeling however, that eventually the sun may break through the clouds, calming the anger of the sea.
