Here we see the artist as an older man, with his nice grey hair. He seems genuinely pleased and proud to be a portrait subject, so much so, that he coifed his abundant grey hair, and put on his best suit. The good naturedness  and friendliness of Georges Rhyn is contagious, and we wish we could get to know him. M.G.
